Note: All repairs carry a 90 day parts and labour warranty.

Here's how it works |

| 1) |
You fill out our simple online form, requesting service. |
| 2) |
We verify your Apple warranty, and then either courier you packaging overnight, which contains packaging & pre paid courier tickets, or get you to send in your repair.

| 3) |
You package your product in the packaging, and take it to your local PostShop, or phone CourierPost on 0800 268 7437 to arrange a pick up. |
| 4) |
We receive your repair, test it and fix your problem, keeping you informed of it's status via email. |
| 5) |
You receive your repair back by courier, paid for by us. This whole process usually takes 7 days. |
