Here's how it works |

| 1) |
You try the Apple recommended procedures to see if they correct your issue. |
| 2) |
You fill out our simple online form, requesting service. |
| 3) |
We then courier you a PodPack overnight, which contains packaging & pre paid Courier tickets. |
| 4) |
You package your iPod in the PodPack, and take it to your local PostShop, or phone CourierPost on 0800 268 7437 to arrange a pick up. |
| 5) |
We receive your iPod, test it and resolve your issue, keeping you informed of it's status via email. |
| 6) |
You receive your repaired iPod back. This whole process usually takes 7 days, from the time you send us your iPod. |
