Orders placed and credit approved by 3:00 p.m, Monday - Friday for items in Stock that do not require configuration will ship the same day as ordered (see shipping methods).
Orders placed and credit approved anytime Saturday or Sunday for items in Stock that do not require configuration will ship on the following Monday.

Shipping methods
*All orders require a signature upon delivery, therefore a physical address is needed. Shipment to a P.O. box address is not allowed.
Courier Delivery
We ship via a few different courier companies. Shipping for orders over $100.00 + GST are FREE. Orders under $100.00 + GST attract a $10.00 + GST Shipping and handling fee. Some items may take longer to reach you if you live in a rural area
South Island Orders. South Island Orders are shipped via 48Hr Courier. Deliveries will take two working days.
Insurance
All orders shipped are insured at no additional charge.
Alternate carriers or special handling
If you need to specify an alternate shipping method or some other Type of special handling for your order, please speak to one of our account managers to place your order.
International orders
Orders shipping to addresses outside New Zealand will NOT be shipped.
Payment Methods
Credit cards
TotallyMac.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
Direct Credit
We accept payment by Internet Banking / Phone Banking / Direct Credit. Place your order online and fill in the purchase order information on the payment page.

Pricing
Because of the fast-moving nature of the personal computing industry, Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.
Availability
If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know. We will also provide you are best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. The availability information presented on our Web site and provided by our account managers is the best, most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.
GST
All prices on this site exclude GST by default. The GST content (12.5%) will be added to all prices. You can make all pricing on this website GST inclusive by clicking on 'Inclusive' at the top of many screens.
Changes and errors
We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. Unless specifically stated otherwise, monitors are sold separately from CPUs. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.
Product Compatibility
We do not guarantee any product will work with your computer system. Please check the system requirements of the product carefully prior to ordering. If you are unsure of compatibility please either check with us (email sales@totallymac.com) or check the manufacturers website.
Return Policies
General policy
Defective products will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 15 days from receipt. No refunds or credit will be provided, except under the terms of the restocking fees detailed below. After 30 days, the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply.
Non-defective products returned for credit or exchange are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.
Defective software products may be exchanged for the same title only. Non-defective software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances, unless the manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee (MBG). All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number. To request a return authorization, please speak to one of our account executives. RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment.
Affix a label to the box: DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.
In the case of all returns, for any reasons, the returned product(s) must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s) and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by TotallyMac.com.
All Returns must be sent back via Trackable Courier Only.
